Oven Operator

About the Role: The Oven Operator at the Lancaster location supports the Production team by running equipment, maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating food manufacturing processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Recognizing and reporting safety, food safety, and quality issues.
• Maintaining accurate work records and documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation and working conditions:

• Base pay of $23.25 per hour, including shift differential.
• Shift: 11pm to 7am, rotating days/weeks.
• Potential overtime based on business needs.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and process documents and communicate effectively.
• Availability for overtime and weekend shifts.
