Welder / Fabricator
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25 - $30 DOE

What you’ll do- Weld and fabricate parts to specifications
- Measure, cut, grind, and finish metal materials
- Follow shop drawings and verbal instructions
- Assist senior team members and learn the trade
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Pay: $25 – $30/hr depending on experience
- 4x10 schedule:
Monday–Thursday (three‑day weekend) - Room to grow within the company
- Stable work environment with long‑term potential
- Hands‑on experience in a trade (construction, shop, mechanical, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Safety‑focused mindset
