Trident Seafoods - - Responsibilities:
Monitors one production line section and oversees training, quality, productivity, and sanitation;
Supervises workers on assigned line and ensures proper use of protective gear and safe operation of machinery;
Keeps production workflow records and communicates issues to supervisors;
Trains workers in equipment operation and safety procedures;
Notifies maintenance of equipment malfunctions and assists in processing when needed
