What’s a typical day as Packaging Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Feeding materials into machines and ensuring smooth operation of packaging equipment
• Performing quality checks, inspecting products for defects, and counting products before packing
• Making minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize interruptions
• Replacing adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery as needed
• Ensuring all finished goods or work-in-progress have correct identification labels
• Stacking finished products in proper configurations for transportation
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area and following all company safety rules and policies
• Promptly reporting any health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency concerns to supervisors

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• Bring at least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred)
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow standard work instructions
• Value safety, quality, and efficiency in your work
