As a Growth Marketing & Demand Gen Associate, your primary goal will be to attract business owners to the Honeycomb Credit platform. You will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads from business owners seeking funding opportunities.
Location: Hybrid, we typically go into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
What We’re Looking For:- Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media and content marketing
- Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics, with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- A social media fanatic:
You’re not just up-to-date on the latest trends—you live for them. You understand the nuances of various platforms and know how to create content that resonates. - Experience in developing and managing referral programs and affiliate marketing initiatives
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Stay ahead of social media trends and be a proactive, creative problem-solver when it comes to content and community engagement.
- Have Excellent Organizational and Time-Management
Skills:
Able to efficiently manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. - Proven experience of understanding the audience you are marketing to learning their motivations, challenges they face, and language that they use
- Be Naturally Curious and a Strategic Thinker:
Eager to deeply understand Honeycomb Credit’s products and customer needs, rather than just following a pre-set marketing playbook. - Demonstrate a Proactive Approach to Problem-Solving:
Seeks out challenges and actively finds solutions to improve marketing efforts and drive growth. - Possess a Proficiency in A/B Testing and Experimentation:
Understands the basics of A/B testing and growth experimentation, and how to apply these frameworks across various marketing channels to optimize performance. - Be Comfortable with Both Strategy and Execution:
Willing to engage in both day-to-day execution and high-level strategic thinking. As one of the first members of our growth marketing team, you're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details. - Be Confident in Data-Driven Decision Making:
Uses data to guide key marketing decisions, from understanding customer behavior to assessing the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. - Experiment Relentlessly:
Be ready to test, learn, and adapt at a rapid pace. You should thrive on experimentation and have a knack for data-driven decision-making to keep optimizing our marketing strategies. If something isn’t working, pivot quickly and try a new approach. - Be Adaptable to Evolving Marketing Trends:
