Key Qualifications:

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program (Associate Degree required, BSN preferred)
• Active, unencumbered RN license in Alaska
• 1-2 years' Operating Room nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS strongly preferred)
• National Certification in Surgery/PACU is a plus
• Proficiency with standard medical and office equipment
• Ability to apply AORN nursing standards and adapt care to all ages
• Strong oral, written, and critical thinking skills
• COVID vaccination completed (proof required)

• Deliver evidence-based patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Direct and coordinate nursing activities across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
