Job Description
REGULAR RATE: $40/hr
Contract Details- Shift open: 3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-7:30am
- Every other weekend required
- Guaranteed 32 hrs a week
- Contract is for 8 weeks
Refer a CNA, LPN or RN. Once they complete 80 hrs or 2 weeks, you will receive a CASH BONUS.
Job SummaryWe want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.
- Active LPN License
- CPR/BLS Certificate
- Covid Vaccine Card / Exemption / Declination
- 2 Professional References
- Physical and TB screening
- Valid Driver’s License . Sate SSN Card
- EMR:
Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
