Float Nurse (RN) – Premium Rates!

Join our float nursing pool where you can build the flexible schedule that works for you! We have Registered Nurse (RN) float nursing pool opportunities available for skilled Home Health nurses in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.

This position allows you the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts per month doing home health visits with patients in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties and provides a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement.

As a Regional Float Nurse with Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA you will:

• Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home.
• Perform 5-6 visits per day throughout the region, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient.
• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

Requirements:

• Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
• Previous home health experience required.
• Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.
• Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
• Must commit to 10-12 shifts per month.
• OASIS experience required, HCHB experience preferred

Compensation:

• Based on experience – approximately $75 per point for regional float RN role
• Start of Care (SOC) visits = 2.5 points
