Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established ambulatory surgery center. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment focused on delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care for endoscopy procedures.
The ideal candidate will enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities while providing exceptional patient care in a modern outpatient surgical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia safely and effectively for outpatient endoscopy procedures.
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-anesthesia assessments.
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure optimal patient safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Respond appropriately to anesthesia-related emergencies and patient care needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
- Current or eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Full-time position.
- 8-hour day shifts.
- No weekends.
