Location: Kane, PA
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Pay: $26/hr + $0.75 Night Shift Differential
Full-Time | Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents
- Supervise Nursing Assistants and ensure quality care delivery
- Monitor and document changes in resident condition
- Assist physicians during rounds and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation (EMR)
- Support care plans and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania LPN License (or applied at time of interview)
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Passion for working with elderly residents
- Nursing home experience is a plus (not required)
