Registered Nurse, Float

• Assist physicians in the care and teaching of patients
• Float to multiple clinics in the north Florida area
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Participate in required background, drug, and nicotine screening

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Residence
• Experience in IV therapy
• Ability to assess patient needs and condition
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment
• Fluency in the English language
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred, not required
• Successful background, drug, and nicotine screens
• Required vaccinations, including influenza, barring an approved exemption
• Medical Marijuana cards are not recognized

Demonstrates expertise as a Registered Nurse with strong skills in IV therapy and patient assessment. Capable of effective communication and critical thinking in clinical settings, particularly with hematology/oncology patients.
