Responsibilities
- Lead fishing trips on the Situk River and nearby streams for Sockeye, Pink, and Silver Salmon.
- Assist lodge maintenance crew and perform daily tasks such as fish processing.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance when interacting with clients.
- Participate in live‑in lodge operations and collaborative teamwork.
- Experience rowing.
- Positive attitude and strong client communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a live‑in, shared housing environment.
- Good physical condition for outdoor work and lake travel.
- Room and board included.
- Hourly rate DOE; base pay of $100 per seat, minimum 2‑person trips.
- Competitive pay and generous tip package paid bi‑weekly.
- Drug screening required.
- Wireless Internet and cell service (AT&T).
