Zip Rider Operator
and help thrill-seekers safely experience the world’s largest Zip Rider! At 1,300’ high, over a mile long, and speeds up to 60 mph, our Zip Rider is the ultimate rush—and you’ll be at the heart of it, ensuring every guest has a safe, unforgettable ride.
What You’ll Do
Safely secure guests into harnesses at the top tower and release them at the bottom tower.
Use a two-check safety process to ensure every guest is fully secure.
Transport harnesses between towers to keep the course running smoothly.
Share your knowledge with guests about Icy Strait Point, including tours, history, and venues.
Participate in all required training and safety meetings.
Promote other ISP venues, distribute literature, and sell merchandise.

Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least
18 years old
for top tower operations (16 for bottom tower).
Strong verbal communication skills; patient and capable of leading groups of all ages.
CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred
.
Physically able to lift 25+ pounds, stand for long periods, and walk 5+ miles daily.
Comfortable with moderate physical activity, including climbing, reaching, pushing/pulling harness lines.
Adequate knowledge or willingness to learn
Tlingit culture
and a Tlingit Introduction.
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
