Keystone Gardens is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to help create and maintain beautiful landscapes throughout the greater Philadelphia area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong horticultural knowledge and a passion for quality outdoor work.

Responsibilities- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Performing proper pruning techniques
- Managing overall garden and landscape maintenance
- Leading and supervising a gardening team
- Communicating clearly with crew members to ensure quality and efficiency
- Hardscaping experience is a plus but not required
- Proven horticulture experience
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising a gardening or landscape team
- Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and seasonal maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license required
