Responsibilities
- Groom dogs according to breed standards and customer preferences
- Perform bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, nail trims, ear cleaning, and sanitary trims
- Ensure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for during appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming workspace
- Communicate professionally with pet owners regarding grooming needs and recommendations
- Assist with salon cleanliness and daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous professional grooming experience preferred
- Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types
- Strong animal handling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for working with animals
