Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a talented postdoctoral associate to explore the circuit dynamics underlying motivated behavior. Candidates will investigate electrophysiological properties of neural circuits and conduct behavioral studies related to Parkinson's disease.
The ideal applicant should hold a PhD or MD in neuroscience and have experience with electrophysiology, behavioral analysis, and stereotaxic surgery. Additional skills in computational methods and programming (Python or Matlab) are preferred.
