Prepare and cook a range of simple foods according to recipes at the Yukon Club, including pancakes, eggs, burgers, and vegetables;
Operate and clean food service equipment, follow safety procedures, and manage leftovers per procedures;
Assist in food prep such as peeling, chopping, and portioning according to menus;
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock salad bar and supplies
