Tonglen Lake Lodge in Alaska is seeking a Barista/Server for a seasonal summer position. The lodge offers on-site housing, staff meals, and access to a kitchen, with additional perks such as tours and activities.
Ideal candidates have hospitality and barista experience and a positive, flexible attitude to thrive in a remote, small-team setting. Compensation includes $16–18 per hour plus pooled tips, with an end-of-season bonus and gratuities averaging around $8 per hour in summer 2025.
