• Preparing and handling scratch-made bakery items with consistency and care.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Supporting the team in food prep, inventory management, and restocking.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards to uphold our high-quality standards.
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to keep things running smoothly.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1 year of experience in a back-of-house or kitchen role.
• A commitment to quality and consistency in every task you take on.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• A passion for good food, great coffee, and making people’s day a little brighter.
