NANA Management Services in Alaska seeks a Remote Breakfast Cook/Baker to prepare bakery goods and a broad range of breakfast and meal items in a remote camp setting. You will supervise and train staff, complete production sheets, and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
This rotational 3 weeks on/3 weeks off assignment at Milne Point Camp requires endurance for 12-hour shifts, the ability to live in dormitory housing, and a valid Alaska Food Workers Card or Serv Safe certification upon hire.
