We’relooking for Server professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska
.

As a Server you’llplay an essential role in daily operations andmaintainingthehigh levelof service that our guests expectwiththeir dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests, presents menu, answers questions, andmakessuggestionsregardingfood and service.
• Learns menu items and daily specials.
• Working knowledge of spirits,beerand wines.
• Writes order on check and enters ordered items in RTP system.
• Serves courses from kitchen and bar.
• Observes diners to respond to anyadditionalrequests and todeterminewhenmealhas been completed.
• Assistin preparation of some items, asdeterminedby Outlet Chef and Outlet Manager.
• Clears and resets counters and/or tables atconclusionof each course, arrange table setting.

• Staring Wage: $13 per hour

• Obtain a valid TAPS Card.
• Obtain a Food Handlers Card.
• Experience in similar serversettingpreferred.
• Experience ina customer service setting.
• The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.

• Be on your feet for long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
• Adapt to seasonal menu changes and special events.
