Location: Hoonah
A Native-owned enterprise in Hoonah seeks a Culinary Prep Cook to support kitchen operations during the seasonal period from April to September 2026. The ideal candidate will communicate well with staff and guests, possess knowledge of kitchen safety, and have the ability to operate kitchen utensils. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting with inventory. Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds and are open to living in a remote community.
Competitive salary of $17/hour plus bonuses is offered.
