RurAL CAP is seeking a part-time Food Service assistant to help prepare and serve meals in a Head Start setting in Alaska. The role covers food preparation, safety compliance, and classroom support with occasional supervision substitutions.
Responsibilities include maintaining meal counts, inventory, and sanitation; attending meetings; and purchasing supplies as needed. Must meet background checks, obtain Alaska Food Worker’s Card, and maintain confidentiality.
