Bartender

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to provide an exceptional guest experience byserving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Beer, wine, seltzers & sodas. (No mixed cocktails) The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve drinks.
• Take orders and serve snacks or beverages to customers seated at the bar or in the establishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including tools, glasses, and work surfaces.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Monitor and manage alcohol consumption of patrons to ensure responsible service.
• Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and promotions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

• Experience as a bartender, server, or hospitality position.
• Conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.

• This can be a part time or full time position based on candidate.
• Nights and weekends are the prime operating hours.
