• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during night shifts
• Supervise, motivate, and support evening staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout the shift
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-night reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient workflow

• Previous experience in a restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality management role would be nice
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and nightly reporting
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
