• Perform sales and repair work on customers' bicycles
• Build new bicycles out of the box and recondition used bicycles
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the retail experience
• Collaborate with a team of energetic sales staff and talented bicycle mechanics
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the service department

• Must be a hardworking team player with a passion for bicycles
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Experience in bicycle sales or service is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic or in a related sales position
• Knowledge of bicycle parts and repair techniques
• Enthusiasm for cycling and community engagement
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
