What You’ll DoAs a Retail Associate, you'll welcome guests into our retail stores with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience. You'll assist guests in finding unique Alaskan gifts and apparel, answer questions, process purchases accurately, restock merchandise, maintain attractive displays, and help create a warm, inviting shopping environment. Every interaction is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression on visitors from around the world.

When You’ll WorkThis is a seasonal position, generally running from April through September 2026, with opportunities to begin earlier or extend later depending on business needs.
