POS/Receiving PICs maintain accurate pricing throughout the store, convey information on new items and deals to corporate for pricing, check in and verify all products through the back door, and schedule and supervise team members in the POS/Receiving/Auditing Department.

• Prints and replaces pricing signage from batches or manual lists.
• Uses electronic device to scan and verify pricing, taking corrective action when needed.
• Uses computer and POS software to receive products at the back door and produces receivers to verify pricing.
• Ensures that invoices have been received into the POS software system and listed on the receiving log within 36 hours of receiving the product.
• Scans all invoices, receiving logs, and receivers to corporate Y‑Drive before 10 am.
• Verifies and signs Bill of Lading for freight received.
• Tracks purchases on the receiving log and conveys that information to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Uses computer and POS software to input receiving, print price changes, print signs, and verify correct pricing.
• Using vendor invoices, compiles pertinent information—including description, case cost, case quantity, vendor, size, department, and sub‑department—for submission to corporate pricing.
• Ensures all price‑change batches are complete and accurate.
• Creates a list of ending TPRs for the Store Manager to review for extension or removal.
• Ensures security of back‑room product and that only authorized personnel enter the back room.
• Creates batches or lists at the direction of Corporate Office, Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager for price‑maintenance or special projects.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 2 years retail experience (preferred).

Pay Range: Starting at $21.00 / hr (DOE)

• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.

• Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Work is performed in a store setting with frequent phone communications. Work requires computer usage with strength, dexterity, coordination, and visual acuity to use keyboard, video display terminal, and other office equipment. Continuous standing, walking, reaching at or below shoulders, frequent lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs below waist, up to 50 lbs at waist/chest, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs above shoulders.
