Wage: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Sell LDS Church curriculum and clothing products in a retail store environment
Assist customers with proper fit, usage of clothing items, and other related products
Exhibit world‑class sales and customer service skills
Operate cash registers, locate products, take orders, gift‑wrap, etc.
Maintain store appearance and organization by stocking shelves, unpacking merchandise shipments, and assisting with merchandise presentation
Schedule may include a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and Saturdays

Qualifications

BFOQ – Must be a female who has received her own personal endowments and possesses a current temple recommend
Ability to interact with customers in-person and over the phone daily is an essential function
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of LDS Church curriculum and clothing products preferred
Computer and cashiering skills preferred
Ability to resolve routine customer problems and negotiate effective solutions
Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays (except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
Ability to hear, understand, and respond to customers and associates
Ability to locate and identify product for customers
Must be able to stand for long periods and regularly lift 20 lbs
