Utah Tech University seeks a hands-on Retail Operations support role reporting to the Director of Retail Operations. You will help run campus retail outlets, oversee health and safety, handle staff scheduling, product orders, and receiving, and help implement strategies to meet campus retail needs.
You will hire and supervise part-time staff, create schedules, ensure cash handling and policy compliance, manage vendors, and assist with POS systems and inventory.
