Life Insurance Sales Representative

Our State Farm Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our successful sales team. As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our Life, and Health business. We are a fast-paced State Farm Agency in the Malvern area and need a goal orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share.

• $1000 sign-on bonus

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

• Life and Health License Preferred
• Property and Casualty License a Plus
• Bi-lingual - English/Spanish is a plus but no required.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Self-motivated
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,500.00 - $62,000.00 per year

• Paid time off

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay.
