Replace Pros is hiring Outside Sales Reps for Roofing Sales (Entry-Level, Commission). This field sales role focuses on inspections, storm damage identification, homeowner education, referrals to a public adjuster, and closing roofing contracts once claims are approved.
No roofing experience is required. If you can talk to people, follow a process, and stay consistent, you can learn this role. This is a 1099 commission-only position with structured training and support at the start.
