Location: Dutch Harbor
Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Division of Commercial Fisheries in Dutch Harbor is seeking a Fishery Biologist 1 to lead dockside sampling for commercial shellfish, collect critical catch data, and train new samplers. This role involves fieldwork in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands, with travel to remote ports during the fishing season.
The ideal candidate will have strong data collection and QA/QC skills, plus experience with databases and data entry.
