Maintenance
- Perform tasks in the following trades:
- Carpentry work and repairs in building construction and maintenance
- Heating installation, repair and maintenance
- Plumbing installation, repair and maintenance
- Refrigeration installation, repair and maintenance
- Electrical repair and maintenance
- Automobile repair and maintenance
- Diesel engine installation, repair and maintenance
- Water/Wastewater system operation and maintenance
- Perform duties with highest standards of safety for staff and students
- Identify and requisition parts from catalog references in specialty area(s)
- Perform other general building maintenance tasks in a variety of crafts
- Be responsible for reporting general building maintenance and equipment malfunctions and repair needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Follow preventive maintenance checklist on daily and monthly basis as outlined by the program
