Job Description Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Security Technician to join our team! As a Lead Security Technician, you will travel to various locations and job sites and accurately install or repair security systems based on customer specifications and location restrictions. This can include alarm systems, fire alarms, access control, IP cameras and more. The ideal candidate has experience with security installation or similar electronic products, strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, and an analytical way of thinking.
This position will focus primarily on our security division but experience with AV, IT and lighting control systems will be a plus as we are a full service integration company.
Must be located or able to travel to the Radnor / King of Prussia area.
Responsibilities- Travel to various locations and ascertain their specific needs
- Troubleshoot problems in security systems, and make repairs or replacements
- Install new security systems, including electronic locks, alarms, CCTVs, and more
- Maintain appropriate equipment, and restock vehicles and supplies as needed
- Maintain excellent, accurate logs of work completed at all time
- 3 Years + experience in the security industry field desired
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Must be proficient with networking
- Must be able to read drawings and pull wires accordingly

- Use vision abilities including: close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
- Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule,
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle and maintain a clean driver record
