Inn Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for Home2 Suites Anchorage, AK. You will perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on PTAC/HVAC, furniture, appliances, lighting and plumbing to keep guest areas in excellent condition.
Work includes interior/exterior painting, landscaping, and troubleshooting of key card systems, internet and TV equipment. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk all shift, with weekend/holiday availability.
