General Laborers - $40.25/hr - Remote Locations, AK

Qayaq Construction LLC is seeking General Laborers to join their team supporting a variety of physical tasks on construction sites. This role involves site preparation, cleanup, and assisting skilled trades, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive wages: $40.25 per hour

• At least 1 year of general labor or construction experience
• Proficiency with hand and small power tools
• Understanding of construction materials, methods, and tools
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA regulations
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull 50–100 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently
• Comfortable with frequent bending, squatting, crouching, crawling, kneeling, and working at heights over 12 feet
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and outdoor environments
• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE at all times
• May be subject to pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and/or random drug screen
• Valid driver license may be required for positions involving driving
