An Install Tech will complete 1–2 residential installations per day, servicing water filtration systems with precision, professionalism, and top‑tier customer service. This is a full‑time opportunity with solid pay, benefits, and the potential for growth in a recession‑resistant industry.

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Own a reliable truck or van and have tools for the job
• Comfortable with basic plumbing and water filtration installations
• Self‑motivated and proactive problem‑solver
• Able to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and excellent customer‑service skills
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Perform professional installation of water filtration systems in customer homes
• Complete 1–2 installs daily with high attention to quality and safety
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing and system performance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Maintain accurate install/service records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and execution

• Pay: $55,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience and productivity)
