seeking a qualified heavy-duty diesel mechanic to be employed as a shop tech for a family owned & operated truck & trailer repair company. Our shop specializes in dedicated fleet maintenance, with a focus on the car hauling industry. Above & beyond fleet maintenance, we are tooled & equipped to handle all the aspects of the heavy-duty repair industry. Knowledge & experience is only superseded by a hard work ethic & the enthusiasm to strive for quality performance & professionalism.
We pay competitively & average 50 hours a week with overtime after 40 hours.
must be capable to professionaly perform tasks related to the repair & maintenance of heavy-duty equipment. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- aftertreatment system diagnostics / maintenance
- disc & shoe brake system maintenance
- transmission & clutch maintenance / replacement
- suspension component maintenance / replacement
- tire & wheel maintenance
- air conditioning diagnostics / maintenance
- electrical & lighting diagnostics / maintenance
