Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of our software solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience with the LAMP (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP) stack, you will collaborate with like‑minded developers to deliver scalable and robust applications that meet our business evolving needs. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our mobile and web applications using the LAMP stack and other technologies.
• Collaborate with our program manager, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through code refactoring and performance tuning.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably with a focus on the LAMP stack.
• High proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Slim or Symfony.
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
