Aviation Maintenance Technician (Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic)
Location: North Slope Rotational
SummaryAdvanced level support individual contributor with broad knowledge of aviation maintenance procedures. Performs operations with moderate complexity and limited supervision, ensuring completion of assigned processes and activities. Provides assistance and training to lower-level employees and acts as an informal resource for colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Complete a variety of aviation maintenance assignments, including atypical tasks, under limited supervision.
- Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess each using aviation maintenance standard procedures, and make sound decisions.
- Provide assistance and training to entry/junior level maintenance team members.
- Assess issues/performance that promote or impede service delivery.
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
- 3+ years of related experience supporting turboprop aircraft.
- Associate’s degree or higher in a technical, business, or quantitative field (or foreign equivalent).
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts in a 14‑day on/14‑day off rotational schedule.
14 Days On / 14 Days Off (12‑hour shifts)
