Key Responsibilities- Support mortgage loan officers and processors in loan file management
- Review loan files, collect borrower documentation, and submit to underwriting
- Communicate with clients and third parties (title, insurance, appraisals)
- Track and manage loans through each milestone
- Handle light marketing (email, social media), customer service, and admin tasks
- Run DU/LP for pre-approvals, credit checks, and assist in qualifying clients
- Recent mortgage lending experience supporting a high-performing loan office and branch team
- Familiar with Point, DU/LP, and loan flow
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and strong interpersonal and written communication skills-empathetic, articulate, and confident
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Background in fast-paced, high-touch environments such as hospitality, real estate, or customer service strongly valued
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- College degree preferred
