Senior Accountant

What You'll Do:

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance
• Support technical accounting areas such as revenue recognition, lease accounting, and purchase accounting
• Partner with FP&A and operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Assist with audits, tax filings, lender reporting, and private equity reporting requirements
• Support acquisition integrations and accounting for newly acquired entities
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance system efficiencies
• Perform daily cash management and oversee multiple bank accounts

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience highly preferred
  
  Experience in a private equity-backed environment
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with Net Suite, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Index Match
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
