# SERVICE ADVISOR - HYUNDAI/GENESIS## Description Georgia's # 1 Hyundai Genesis Dealer is actively seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. The Service Advisor will be responsible for being the face of the dealership for our service customers. With our high volume of service traffic, it is the Advisor's goal to act as a liason between customers and our service team by presenting and selling needed products or service in a professional manner.

It is also expected that the Advisor work to build a rapport with cusomters to help promote customer satisfaction and retention.## Qualifications
* Knowledge of automotive service processes and vehicle maintenance practices.
* Familiarity with basic mechanical concepts with ability to quickly learn factory guidelines
* Strong commincation and sales skills with the ability to recommend services effectively to customers
* Proficiency with computer systems liks microsoft office and the ability to learn systems easily
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Proven customer service skills that help demonstrate ability to fosters long-term relationships
* Ability to work long hours and occassional weeks
* Ability to stand for long periods, frequently bend, and lift 30+ pounds
