Job Title: Oracle Cloud O2C Lead (CDM)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Relocation Available)

Duration: 6-12 Months

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud O2C Lead with strong expertise in Customer Data Management (CDM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, and Billing. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Financials Cloud implementations, drive customer data governance initiatives, and design scalable Order-to-Cash solutions for global business operations.

• Lead Oracle Financials Cloud O2C implementations with focus on CDM, AR, Collections, and Billing.

• Configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules including Customer Data Management (CDM), Accounts Receivable, and Collections.

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders.

• Design customer hierarchies, account relationships, billing structures, and legal entity mappings.

• Lead customer master data governance, cleansing, migration, and quality initiatives.

• Define and implement end-to-end O2C processes including customer onboarding, invoicing, credit management, dispute handling, and collections.

• Develop functional specifications for integrations between CDM, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Management, and AR.

• Support production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements.

• Assist with month-end and period-end close activities related to receivables and financial reporting.

• Design and validate O2C reporting, dashboards, aging reports, collections metrics, and invoicing analytics.

• 10 13 years of overall experience.
• Multiple Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud O2C track.
• Experience with customer hierarchy design, customer onboarding, credit management, and customer master data governance.
