Connecteam is seeking a driven and tech-savvy Professional Service Manager to join our US team. In this role you will deliver professional services to clients, set up Connecteam features based on their workflows, and migrate data from existing tools into Connecteam.
You’ll work closely with Customer Success and R&D to develop expertise, provide outstanding service, streamline onboarding, and save clients time. Working hours are Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm with a competitive salary and benefits.
