Account Manager

2+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, or a similar role.
Good understanding of the iGaming industry and its key business processes.
Basic understanding of Sports Betting products and sports book fundamentals.
Experience working with external partners/providers and managing day-to-day communication.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Provide technical and operational support on all matters related to Sports providers and their products.
Act as the main point of contact for existing providers, maintaining effective communication and supporting day-to-day cooperation.
Research key GEOs and market trends to identify new products, providers, and opportunities for portfolio development.
Сontact for product development with providers, including new features, integrations, improvements, and product enhancements.
Coordinate provider-side improvements and follow up on requests, issues, and development initiatives.
Research and establish relationships with new potential providers.
Attend industry conferences and exhibitions, represent the Sports Domain, and build relationships with current and potential partners.
Work closely with Product Managers and internal teams to align provider capabilities with product and business needs.
