Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up education projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control
- Coordinate daily field operations across masonry, concrete, and structural steel scopes
- Ensure work is executed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up K-12 or higher education projects
- Strong background in masonry, concrete, and structural steel construction
- Ability to travel throughout the Southeast as projects require
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA certification and a commitment to jobsite safety
- Can be based anywhere in Georgia
