ManagertoowncommercialHVACprojectsfromthefirstsetofdrawingsthroughfinalcloseout.

Onthefrontend,you'llturnplansandspecsintoaccurate,competitive bids.

Oncetheworkiswon,you'llcarryyourestimateintothefield—managingthebudget,scope,and schedule,whileasitesuperintendentdirectsthecrewdaytoday.

• Analyze plans,specs,andbiddocumentsandperformHVACquantitytakeoffswithrealisticlaborandmaterialbudgets.
• Solicitandevaluatesupplierandsubcontractorpricing;prepareclearbidsummariesandpartnerwithleadershiponfinalpricingstrategy.
• Setthefieldupforsuccessathandoffwithaccuratescope,material lists,equipment selections,andaschedule.
• Trackcostagainsttheestimate,manageprocurementandlaborneeds,andsecureapprovalonchangeordersbeforelaborisspent.
• Serveastheprimarypointofcontactfortheowner,GC,anddesignteam.
• Driveeveryjobtoaclean,profitable closeout.

• WorkingknowledgeofHVACsystems,sheet metal,hydronicpiping,refrigeration,and controls,plusstrongblueprintreadingandspecinterpretation.
• Solidgraspofconstructionscheduling,projectcostmanagement,and building/mechanical codes.
• Analytical aptitude,attentiontodetail,andclearwrittenandverbalcommunication.
• Someonewhounderstandslaborproductivityandefficientworkflowstodrivemargin.
• Software experience(Procore,Sage Intacct,Field Materials,Microsoft Office) isaplus—we'lltraintherightperson.

• Basesalaryof $70,000–$130,000,commensuratewithexperience,plusperformancebonustiedtoprojectprofitability.
