Permanent Dentist Position In Albany, Georgia

Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dentist for a full-time permanent opportunity with a community health center in Albany, Georgia. This integrated, patient-centered practice offers a collaborative care model across multiple service settings and a strong focus on comprehensive community oral health.

• Compensation: $185,000 – $250,000 annually (no sign-on bonus)

Practice Environment:

• Integrated care model across multiple service sites, including: school-based health centers, women's health services, hospital-based dentistry settings, and standalone dental clinics
• Patient-centered, mission-driven care environment
• Strong clinical support staff including dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team
• Focus on continuity of care and access for underserved populations

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary dental care across the lifespan
• Perform diagnostic, preventive, restorative, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures
• Complete anterior endodontic procedures and routine extractions
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals for specialty care
• Deliver patient education on oral health and prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all coding, billing, and compliance standards
• Participate in care delivery across multiple clinical settings as needed

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school required
• Active Georgia dental license required
• Strong general dentistry clinical skills required
• Commitment to community-based care preferred
